During new collection launches or sales, processing may take 3–5 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

If the carrier marks your package as Delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
For lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly.
